DID YOU KNOW? 
Even in the later phases of life, our brains form new connections, called neurogenesis. Walking in nature decreases cortisol, a stress hormone in our bodies (In Japan it's called forest bathing). Neurogenesis reduces the development of Alzheimer's disease. 
​Exercise in the morning (YES WALKING!) regulates the release of melatonin in the evening. Evening Meditation  increases melatonin x 5.
For a healthy brain and a good night's sleep: Walk in the AM and meditate in the PM
